1. You must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from Fades. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Where you can buy
You may not use Fades if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or purchasing on behalf of any person in a country or territory subject to comprehensive trade or economic sanctions, or if you are a person or entity on any applicable sanctions, denied-persons, or terrorism list. We screen against sanctions lists and may block or refuse orders on that basis.
3. Your own account and your own payment method
You may only buy for delivery to your own Steam account, and you may only pay with a payment method that belongs to you and that you are authorised to use. Using someone else’s card, or buying to deliver to an account you do not control, is not permitted and may be fraud.
4. No buying to cash out elsewhere
Fades is buy-only. We sell skins to you; we do not buy skins from you, and we do not pay out cash. You must not use the store as a step in converting funds to cash — for example, buying skins here to sell for money on another platform. This closed-loop model is deliberate: money comes in and digital goods go out, and there is no path back to cash through us.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use the service to commit fraud, launder money, or finance illegal activity;
- use a stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised card or payment method;
- attempt chargebacks in bad faith on items that were delivered to you;
- use bots, scrapers, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the store, except our published interfaces where offered;
- circumvent, probe, or interfere with our security, rate limits, or fraud controls;
- resell, redistribute, or misrepresent your relationship with Fades; or
- use the service in breach of Steam’s or Valve’s terms.
6. How we enforce this
We may refuse, delay, cancel, or reverse any order, withhold delivery, or suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect a breach of this policy, fraud, or a legal or sanctions risk.
