1. Who controls your data
Echozen Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, contact privacy@fades.gg.
2. What we collect
- Your Steam identity: your SteamID and public profile basics, obtained when you sign in through Steam, and your Steam trade URL, which you provide so we can deliver items.
- Account eligibility: whether your Steam account can receive trades (trade-ban, VAC-ban, and trade-hold status), checked so a purchase does not fail after payment.
- Order data: the items you buy, prices, delivery records (including the Steam trade evidence), refunds, and store-credit balance.
- Contact data: an email address, if you give us one for support or receipts.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and basic usage analytics, used for security, fraud prevention, and to run the site.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To perform our contract with you — authenticate you, take payment, deliver items, handle refunds, and provide support.
- Legitimate interests — preventing fraud and abuse, securing the service, and improving it, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — meeting anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, tax, and accounting requirements.
4. Card data
We do not collect or store your full card details. Payments are handled directly by our payment provider, Coinflow, under its own PCI-DSS-compliant systems and privacy terms. We receive only the result of a payment (for example, success and a reference), not your card number.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order, delivery, and financial records for as long as required by law and by our payment provider (typically several years for tax, accounting, and chargeback purposes), and other data for no longer than needed for the purposes above.
7. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing. Exercise any of them by emailing privacy@fades.gg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy), or your local EU supervisory authority, though we’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
