Fixed-price retail, not a game of chance
Every purchase is a specific item at a displayed price. There are no loot boxes, no randomised outcomes, no wagers, and no prizes. It is e-commerce for digital goods — the same shape as buying any downloadable product.
Closed-loop: money in, goods out
We are buy-only. We never buy skins from users and never pay out cash. Store credit can only buy skins here — it cannot be withdrawn, sent between users, or converted to cash or crypto. There is no return path to money, which removes the laundering and cash-out risk the vertical is known for.
Every order backed by a Steam trade record
Items are delivered by Steam trade offer. An order is delivered when your account accepts the offer — a precise, timestamped event recorded by Steam. That third-party record is objective evidence the right item was sent and received.
How chargeback risk is controlled
Verified delivery evidence
Every delivered order carries a Steam trade record showing the item, the sending account, and the timestamp your account accepted it. “Item not received” disputes are answered with objective, third-party proof.
Digital-goods consent
At checkout the buyer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges they lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivered, as EU consumer law provides for digital content. A delivered sale is final and documented.
Strong customer authentication
Payments run through Coinflow with 3-D Secure and its own fraud scoring. Purchases are tied to a Steam identity we authenticated, not an anonymous checkout.
Pre-charge eligibility checks
Before payment we confirm the receiving Steam account can actually accept trades — no trade ban, no VAC ban, no blocking trade hold — so orders don’t fail after the customer has been charged.
